Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Suntanaris (ABN 61 217 320 868) (“Suntanaris”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI speed-to-lead service for solar installation businesses in Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

If you take the demonstration call, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can review the quality of the demonstration. Our systems also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address) for security purposes.

2. How we use your information

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

3. Your consent to an automated call

By submitting the enquiry form, you expressly consent to receiving one automated call from our AI voice assistant on the mobile number you provide, as a demonstration of our service. You can end the call at any time, and if you ask not to be contacted again, we honour that immediately.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the technical providers we rely on to deliver the service — telephony and AI voice infrastructure, and website hosting — and only to the extent needed to provide it. Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia (for example, in the United States); where that happens, we take reasonable steps consistent with APP 8 to ensure your information is handled in line with the APPs.

5. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Access, correction and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To do so, contact us through the enquiry form on this website — include “privacy request” and what you'd like us to do in the message field, and we'll action it promptly. You won't receive an automated call for a privacy request.

7. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first through the enquiry form and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
